We ship worldwide using fulfilment partners in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and China. Where your order ships from depends on your destination, the products you've ordered and where inventory is available.
And because nobody likes a surprise customs bill, we've set up our international shipping to handle duties, VAT and import costs in advance wherever indicated below.

Where will my order ship from?
Canada
Canadian orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada.
United States
U.S. orders are normally fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.
United Kingdom
UK orders are normally fulfilled from our UK warehouse.
European Union
EU orders may be fulfilled internationally using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific & other international destinations
Orders are generally fulfilled through our international fulfilment centre in China, using DDP services where available.
Inventory moves! Occasionally, we may fulfil an order from a different location if that helps us get it to you more efficiently.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
We know this is one of the least fun parts of international shopping, so we've worked hard to make it as painless as possible.
EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). VAT and applicable import costs are handled in advance, so you will not receive an unexpected customs bill upon delivery.
So if you're ordering from Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, or elsewhere in the EU, you don't need to worry about your LEVEL UP WRAP™ arriving with a surprise customs bill attached.
Canada, United States & United Kingdom
Orders fulfilled domestically within your country do not incur import charges upon delivery.
Other international destinations
We use DDP shipping for many international destinations, which means applicable import costs are handled as part of the shipping process. Where a different arrangement applies, we'll make that clear as part of the shipping options available for your destination.
Christmas delivery
Yes, we're expecting current orders to arrive in plenty of time for Christmas!
Some of our newest colours and collectibles are currently making their way from production to our fulfilment centres. We'll keep delivery information updated as inventory arrives and publish any Christmas ordering cut-off dates as we get closer to the holidays.

Pre-orders
Some products may be available for pre-order while they're making their way to our warehouses. The expected shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, fulfilment timing may depend on the items included in your order.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way home.
